Lee's Blog

And so the adventure begins...

Hi there, this is Jiawen Li, an undergraduate student interested in mathematics, programming as well as humanity. I am now pursuing dual degree in Mechanical Engineering at Joints Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Data Science Engineering at Univeristy of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

This blog will become a place where I share my learning notes, tech documents, and personal thoughts.

For those who “accidentally” visit my blog, I hope my posts can give you some help and insights. And I will continue uploading articles and decorating my blog site to make it more warm and sweet.

Let’s start our journey!

Probability and statistics is an essential tool to analyze and study data and construct mathematical models to make decisions and evaluations. This note will encompass a wide range of probability and statictical problems related to real-life applications by refering to several classical probability textbooks and materials, for example, A First Course to Probability by Sheldon M. Ross, An Introduction to Mathematical Statistics and Its Applications by Richard J. Larsen, Probability and Mathematical Statistics by Chen Xiru, and Harvad 110: Intro to Probability

And it's time to roll the dice.
